Laphroaig Quarter Cask whiskey is one of the brands of whiskey, Islay Single Malt (Scotland). This whiskey is named after their maturation process. Instead of large barrels normally employed, the Laphroaig Quarter Cask is kept in small barrels that were used in the nineteenth century, which gives more contact with the wood and characterizes its flavor.   Laphroaig Quarter Cask whiskey is golden in color, the nose has notes of peat, tropical fruits, caramel and vanilla. Its flavor is balanced, fruity, smoky notes and balsamic, slightly sweet. An excellent value and a great whiskey.  Alcohol 48% vol.  Capacity 70 cl.
