Melsacra de Bosque is a Galician multifloral raw honey that is made in the the Ribeira Sacra, 600 meters away, the variety is a mixture of chestnut, heather, oak, blackberry, etc.
Melsadcra de Bosque has a markedly sweet fruity flavor. Its aroma is light floral and the color is amber and dark amber depending on the floral.
Its crystallization is relatively low and in fine crystal.
The collection of Melsacra de Bosque honey takes place at the end of the season, August - September.

Conservation of Melsacra de Bosque
The purity of raw Melsacra honeys can cause its crystallization, to return to its liquid state, introduce it to a water bath at no more than 30ºC. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to sunlight.
