Emilio Moro Vendimia Seleccionada is a high red wine from Ribera del Duero done to remember and honour the history and tradition of Emlio Moro winery. Each year, the best terrain on which they work to make Emilio Moro will be used to bottle Vendimia Seleccionada (Select Harvest), a wine made using grapes selected from the La Mira terrain.

Black cherry red in the glass, good depth. The nose is intense and complex, dominated by notes of black fruit and the Tinta Fina variety at its optimum ripeness. The backdrop offers notes of fine wood, balsam, spices and the toast. The mouth is fleshy and big, with persistent, sweet tanning and a long finish.

Made using grapes selected from the La Mira terrain, which has a clayey soil and is situated at 900 m above sea level. Fermented at controlled temperature and aged in American- and French-oak barrels (50-50) for 12 months, combining the use of new and second-year oak.

Emilio Moro wine with Ribera del Duero DO is elaborated with 100% Tempranillo grapes.
