Bolo wine

Bolo wine is one of the Galician wines, a white wine made with grapes from the vineyards located in the municipality of O Bolo de la D.O. Valdeorras, and grapes from vintners associated with the winery of Rafael Palacios. The vines are cultivated in a traditional and ecological way. The variety used is 100% Godello.

The white wine Bolo is pale yellow, is very clean and bright. On the nose are citrus nuances and floral notes. In the mouth it is a fresh and elegant wine with good acidity and vegetable notes.
